Our client, a global Hotel group turned up the heat asking for a spicy 5-day motivation trip for a group of talented chefs.
This led us into Paris and Champagne region with 20 chefs who were treated to the best acommodation, entertaiment and gastronomy experiences. They also were dropped into a high-stakes cooking battle at Thierry Marx’s school, side by side with the next generation of chefs.
More than just food and fun, it was about reigniting purpose, connecting talents and returning to the kitchen with fresh energy and inspiration.
